30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase or your order number.

How to Request a Return

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Address

Returns should only be sent to the return address provided by our support team after your return request has been approved.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective item

  • An incorrect product

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@velvats.com with photos of the issue.

We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Products returned without original packaging

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our support team.

The fastest method is usually to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.

Returned items must remain unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:
