Thank you for shopping with Velvats. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after being placed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

While most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, please allow up to 4 business days during periods of high demand.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for the tracking information to become available.

Possible Shipping Delays

Occasionally, shipping may take longer than expected due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Large or bulky shipments

Tracking Your Order

After your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

Please allow 1–4 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.

In rare cases, tracking updates may be delayed while your package is still in transit.


Multiple Shipments

For logistical reasons, products purchased in the same order may occasionally be shipped separately.

If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.


International Taxes & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your local customs authority.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Velvats does not collect or control these charges and cannot estimate their amount.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered processing or shipment.

Velvats is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact our support team.

We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate and assist in resolving the issue whenever possible.
